Participation Form

Deadline: Noon on Monday, July 27th, 2020

ATTENTION: Please complete the Participation Form by accessing the link provided above. The form should be completed EVEN if you do not wish/plan to attend the College Hooding Ceremony.

There is a section in the Participation Form where you will submit a brief synopsis about yourself. Remember to write this section in third person. A representative from your Graduate Program will read it while you are being Hooded.  Attention to detail is appreciated and your synopsis should include your professional and/or educational plans upon earning your graduate degree.

It is the intent of the College of Applied Arts Dean, Faculty and Staff to make YOUR Hooding Ceremony a memorable occasion and this cannot be done if we do not work together.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to receiving the requested information. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Congratulations and Continued Success,

Yolanda Infante Dean
